Egg Drop Challenge 保护坠落的鸡蛋

Save the egg from cracking! 防止鸡蛋被摔碎!

🎯 Goal:

Design and build a container to protect a raw egg from breaking when dropped from a certain height!

🧪 Experiment duration: 45 minutes

📦 Materials (does not have to be exact):

  • raw egg
  • plastic bags
  • balloons
  • strings
  • cotton balls
  • wooden sticks / popsicle sticks
  • paper cups
  • straws
  • bubble wraps
  • (scissor & tape)

📊 Variables to consider:

  • Geometry (shape & size) and weight of container
  • Egg placement (Centered? Suspended? Secured?)
  • Materials used (Stiff? Soft? Flexible?)
  • Stability during fall
